כרמלה שגב גרפולוגית מוסמכת, חברת "האגודה לגרפולוגיה מדעית בישראל". ניסיון מקצועי רב בתחום הגרפולוגיה התעסוקתית והאישית. בעלת תואר שני (M.A) במדעי ההתנהגות מאוניברסיטת בר אילן.

   מהי גרפולוגיה?   

הגרפולוגיה עוסקת באפיון אישיותו של האדם באמצעות ניתוח כתב ידו. היא מעין "כתב מח" שבעזרתה ניתן לאבחן את כישוריו ותכונותיו של האדם, חוזקותיו וחולשותיו, אופן תפקודו בעבודה, הסתגלותו החברתית לאנשים ומצבים חדשים, ומידת יושרו ואמינותו.

האבחון הגרפולוגי מסייע בבחירה הנכונה של המועמד לתפקיד הנדרש. באמצעותו של האבחון ניתן לזהות את כישוריו ותכונותיו של המועמד, את יכולת השתלבותו בצוות הקיים ואת רמת אמינותו.

התאמה בין שותפים עסקיים

האבחון הגרפולוגי מאפשר קבלת מידע רלוונטי על מידת התאמתם של שותפים עסקיים תוך הדגשת התכונות הדומיננטיות שלהם, סגנון עבודתם, אופן קבלת ההחלטות ומידת היוזמה של כל אחד מהם.

הכוונה אישית בבחירת מקצוע

כדי לבחור נכון מקצוע או תחום קריירה, יש לבחון 2 היבטים עיקריים:  האחד – הכרת הפרופיל והדרישות של המקצוע. השני – הכרת הרצונות והתכונות האישיות של האדם. כאשר קיימת התאמה בין השניים, קיים סיכוי גבוה לבחירה נכונה.
